6/27/2011 - Added 3 songs to the Listen Page.  "A Broken Hearted Shame", "You've Left Me for the Last Time", and "Hard Dirt Road (where dreams were sown)"... enjoy!

5/19/2011 - Added a song to the Listen Page I wrote in 2005 called "My Prayer" featuring  Kandy King on vocals.

9/22/2007 - Fred receives an Honorable Mention in this years North Carolina Songwriters Co-op Annual Songwriting Contest. 2 New Songs, Broken Hearted Shame and Bottle Blonde were entered.

11/11/2006 - Fred secures an Honorable Mention in the North Carolina Songwriters Co-op Annual Songwriting Contest.  Songs entered were: Soft Place To Fall and Heaven's Window.
